The pack includes Health and Wellbeing, Careers, Relationships and Sex and Living in the Wider World in two downloads as continuations of the DfE / PSHE Association statutory 2020 guidelines - Complete Year 12 PSHE, RSE and Careers. Complete Year 13 PSHE, RSE and Careers. Our PSHE KS5 pack is the next step for students after our Complete KS4 PSHE unit and delves into further detail on the PSHE Association’s recommended topics from their secondary 2020 guidance. The pack contains 60 hours’ worth of material (many of these lessons have been designed to last two hours) with complete schemes of work. There is a heavy focus on careers in this KS5 pack (see 16 lesson careers unit included), but also on relatively new issues your students will have to tackle as young adults in an ever changing world - from extremist online subcultures and payday loans, to climate change, coercive relationships, finance, safe sex and safe clubbing and partying. This pack is tailored specifically for sixth-formers who are just taking their first steps towards being independent adults. Kindness - Let’s Fill a Bucket EYFS PSHE lesson. A detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for EYFS/Reception age children. This lesson has been designed for use with children in Reception, however, the PowerPoint and activities could be adapted for use with other age groups. In this lesson, the children will learn about kindness and the things we can do to show love and care for each other. We will read Carol McCloud’s story, Have You Filled a Bucket Today?, before carrying out a choice of adult-led and independent activities. The lesson includes a sing-along starter (to ensure a swift start to the lesson), a story with discussion prompts, an adult-led focus task, independent activities to be carried out during continuous provision, and a plenary task. Created to fit the new DfE and PSHE Association statutory 2020 /21 guidelines, the lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, all editable with accompanying tasks and worksheets. The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.
